- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a late day print request today for documents. Each document 51 pages long, needed 7 copies, laminated covers, and spiral binding. The document was a proposal for work that had a great deal of income associated with it and I needed today. Dianne said it was going to be tough to get it done before closing time (only 1.5 hours to closing). I returned at closing time and Dianne stayed after regular business hours to finish the job, and handed me the documents with a smile. Thank you Dianne you are superb!
